- The grapes are lightly pressed to avoid green tannins. Maceration takes place at a controlled temperature for approximately 10-12 days. The must is pumped over every 4 hours. Stainless steel tanks.

Sensory characteristics
Clear ruby red with purple highlights; prominent red fruit and fresh, balsamic notes. Good body, lively tannins, and a crisp finish. Excellent with red meats, grilled and roasted, and excellent with aged cheeses.
