Returns and refunds
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal using the dedicated withdrawal button/form available on the website.
All returns of products purchased on our website are at the customer’s expense. Please ensure that products are returned intact and in their original packaging. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipment.
The Seller reserves the right to apply a reduction of up to 15% of the refund amount exclusively where the returned products show a loss of value resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Our return policy provides that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
At Trésors d’Italie S.r.l. Semplificata we do our best to ensure a positive experience. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned, in particular:

Perishable goods or products with rapid deterioration;

Sealed products that have been opened after delivery;

Products purchased by professional customers (with VAT number).
⚠️ Refusal or non-acceptance of the parcel
In case of refusal of delivery or failure to comply with return conditions, Trésors d'Italie reserves the right to retain shipping costs incurred and any costs directly resulting from handling the return, within the limits permitted by law. Outbound and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
✅ Exercise of the right of withdrawal
For eligible products (non-perishable and unopened), you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the law, provided the product is in its original intact packaging, and obtain a full refund.
The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal through the dedicated withdrawal button or form available in their customer account page on the Website. This procedure constitutes the official channel for submitting a withdrawal request.
All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
