Returns and Refunds

All returns of products purchased on our website are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that products are returned intact and in their original packaging. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipment.

Our return policy allows you 14 days from the receipt of an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

At Trésors d’Italie S.r.l. Semplificata, we do our best to provide you with a positive experience. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned, particularly:

  • Food or perishable products

  • Sealed products opened after delivery

  • Products purchased by professional customers (with VAT number)

⚠️ Refusal or Non-acceptance of the Package

If you refuse the package or fail to comply with the return conditions, no refund will be issued. Shipping costs both ways will remain the responsibility of the customer.

✅ Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

For eligible products (non-perishable and unopened), you may exercise your right of withdrawal under the law, in the original intact packaging, and receive a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically via the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time before your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund.
