Sensory characteristics
Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights, fine and persistent bubbles. Aromas reminiscent of sweet fruit, slightly mineral. The flavor is dry, fresh, and quite savory. A balanced wine, excellent as an aperitif or with fish dishes.
