Sensory characteristics
Pale pink in color. Fresh, pleasant, and fruity on the nose. Fresh on the palate, it evolves smooth and fruity until the finish, with excellent flavor. A versatile wine, ideal with stewed fish, Asian cuisine, eggplant, herbed chicken, and veal. Also suitable with fish and shellfish risottos.
