Sensory characteristics
Ruby red with purple hues, intense and lively. On the nose, aromas of fresh, crisp red fruit with spicy notes of cinnamon. On the palate, a jammy aroma with silky, enveloping tannins. Thanks to its smoothness and alcohol content, as well as the ever-present yet unobtrusive tannins, it is an ideal wine to pair with medium-bodied meat dishes.
