- Traditional vinification using the submerged cap method, controlled to extract delicate tannins and varietal characteristics of the fruit. Maceration lasts 12-15 days at temperatures ≤ 28°C. During maturation in steel tanks and bottles, the wine evolves to achieve maximum balance.

Sensory characteristics
Ruby red color with purple highlights. Intense and complex bouquet with hints of plum and cherry and spicy notes of vanilla and rosemary. Balanced and harmonious wine with a long finish. Excellent with savory pasta dishes, red meats, and aged cheeses.
