- Winemaking
- Harvested at phenolic ripeness, it is left to macerate for 12-15 days at 26°C with daily pumping over. After racking, it is aged in stainless steel for approximately 4 months. Part of the wine is aged in barriques. The process is completed with bottle aging.

Sensory characteristics
Intense red color with purple highlights. Fruity notes ranging from licorice to berries on the nose. On the palate, it has good body and soft, rounded tannins. Good length, tending towards a fruity finish. Perfect with pesto pasta and grilled red meats.
