Hulalà Whipping Cream is a sweetened UHT vegetable fat-based whipping cream, ideal for preparing, filling, and decorating cakes, desserts, semifreddos, and spoon desserts.
For optimal whipping, the product must be well chilled before use. Its whipped consistency is suitable for preparing and decorating numerous pastry recipes.
Ingredients
Water, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm and palm kernel) (25%), sugar (11%), stabilizers: sorbitol syrup, hydroxypropyl cellulose; MILK proteins, emulsifiers: sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, SOY lecithin, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, flavourings.
Allergens: contains MILK and SOY. The product is lactose-free.

Instructions for use: For best results, leave the product in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before use. Whip at a temperature between 8 °C and 12 °C.
Storage conditions: Store at a temperature between +5 °C and +20 °C, away from heat sources. Do not freeze. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3-4 days.
