De Cecco Casareccia n° 88 is a short pasta shape with a typical rolled shape, inspired by Sicilian tradition. Made with high-quality durum wheat semolina and bronze-drawn, it has a rough, porous surface that perfectly holds any type of sauce.
Thanks to its enveloping texture, it's ideal for rich, full-bodied sauces, meat ragùs, vegetable sauces, or pesto preparations. It offers excellent cooking resistance and a consistently al dente consistency.
