Tasting notes
Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC has great personality and is an elegant wine, with a beautiful, deep, intense ruby red color. It is spicy and fruity with notes of cherry and berries, a hint of black pepper and cocoa. On the palate, it is complex, elegant, and harmonious, surprisingly fresh, and has persistent tannins.
