Vinification & Aging
Soft pressing of the destemmed grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature for approximately 30 days. Natural drying for 40 days. Aging: 18 months in large oak barrels.

Tasting notes
Deep ruby red with garnet highlights. Intense aromas of overripe berries and cooked plums, followed by hints of chocolate and nuances of sweet spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and powerful, with soft, velvety tannins.
